In addition to perfect pasta dough, this workshop expands your knowledge and techniques in preparing different pasta shapes and preparations. Learn to roll out and shape tagliatelle and ravioli and create classic seasonal sauces to accompany your pasta. With an Italian salad and Tuscan olive oil cake dessert, youll gain the confidence and skills to create a beautiful meal of fresh pasta any time.
