With 140 steps of grind adjustments available at just 10 microns each, the EVOs 38mm conical burrs can be easily dialed in to suit just about any coffee preparation method out there, from espresso to cold brew.

The EVOs grinding chamber fits up to 35 grams of whole beans which are ground easily into the magnetically-attached grounds bin that fits perfectly into a standard 58mm portafilter.
