The star of the class is a stunning, yet simple Paccheri pasta with mussels and tomato, a light seafood dish perfect for warm-weather dining. Youll cook side-by-side with others, learning techniques and tips along the way. To round out the experience, well serve up slices of tomato focaccia and end with zeppolefluffy Italian ricotta donuts paired with a silky crme anglaise dipping sauce.
