The Premier Blonde Master Serrated Utility Knife was designed for maximum slicing performance on difficult-to-cut foods, especially those that are tough on the outside and delicate on the inside, like crusty breads, crusted roasts, or leathery-skinned vegetables. The wave-shaped edge increases the cutting surface without lengthening the blade. Smaller scalloped serrations give the blade a more aggressive tooth, allowing it to cut deeper than other knives in a single draw.
