The first nakiri ever created by Brazilian bladesmith William Porto has been crafted from 5160 carbon steel and Brazilian Rosewood to match a recently created chef knife of the same design. The dark, phosphated blade stands 50mm tall and features William’s superb convex geometry above a thin, hard edge, wonderfully suited to everyday vegetable chopping among other tasks. With integral bolster construction and a sculpted, Western style handle, this one-of-a-kind tool will see no shortage of use in the chef’s kitchen.
