This exclusive class for your group of eight will transport you straight to Italy as you prepare and enjoy a delicious, chef-guided meal together. You’ll cook in pairs, learn essential techniques, and savor each course as it’s madewith plenty of fun along the way.

On the Menu:

• Caprese Bruschetta (served) Start with a classic: toasted bread topped with ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fresh basil
• Chicken Saltimbocca alla Romana (hands-on) Learn to prepare this Roman favorite featuring tender chicken, savory prosciutto, and sage
• Mushroom Risotto (hands-on) Stir your way to creamy risotto perfection with earthy mushrooms and rich flavor
• Lemon Ricotta Cake (served) End on a sweet note with this bright, moist cake full of zesty Italian charm
