Come indulge in a decadent bacon-filled culinary experience with David and the HKS Kitchen crew. This cooking class reimagines comfort food and serves it up with an irresistible gourmet flair. The evening begins with a uniquely deconstructed Cobb salad appetizer. Next, youll take on a rich and hearty dish chicken bacon Choucroute, a rustic French recipe featuring braised chicken, smoky bacon, and tangy sauerkraut, served with potato salad. You’ll also learn to prepare pan-fried oysters with bacon, garlic, and sage. And youll finish with a luscious chocolate martini with a chocolate-dipped bacon topping, a nightcap that is sweet, savory, and indulgent. From the first course to the last, this class was designed leave a lasting impression on bacon-lovers. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
David Prewett grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. Having developed a love for cooking from his mom at the age of five, he has been diving into the culinary landscape ever since. He graduated with his masters degree in nutrition. Specializing in scratch cooking and a variety of cuisines with emphasis in Italian, Asian and of course southern comfort food. He looks forward to taking you on a exciting culinary adventure full of laughter, amazing food, and great conversation. Bon Appetite!
