The Mini Vivaldi II features two separate boilers: a 0.45L boiler for espresso brewing and a 1.2L boiler dedicated to steam and hot water. Each boiler can be powered on independently, allowing you to tailor energy usage based on your needs.

Temperature control is precise to within 1C, adjustable between 91C and 97C, with a built-in feedback system that preheats if the group temperature drops even slightly. A digital display and bar graph provide real-time temperature readouts, ensuring full transparency during operation.

Built for Home or Light Commercial Use

A 3-litre internal water reservoir makes the Mini Vivaldi ideal for kitchen countertops or mobile setups without direct water plumbing. The tank features a removable softening filter (“Oscar”) that uses ion exchange to reduce scale build-up, prolonging machine life.

Steam power is delivered via a four-hole stainless steel steam wand, perfect for silky milk texturing. There’s also a hot water wand for making teas or americanos, all controlled at the push of a button.
