Come meet Helen in the HKS Kitchen for another installment of Fish on Friday, a cooking class featuring a flavorful fish dish thats perfect for laid-back evenings any night of the week. Ease into your class with a refreshing lagerita a beer-infused margarita paired with a creamy street corn salsa served with crispy chips. Then learn to transform sauteed halibutinto a delicious main course with pickled avocado and tomato salad served with sides of seasoned arugula and roasted fingerling potatoes. For dessert, chef will be serving mini margarita cupcakes so you can rest assured the evening will end on a sweet note. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
