Julz’s Creations Original Hot Sauce: From Durham, NC. Their original sauce! Compared to most of their other hot sauces it has more of a salsa picante flavor. It’s also chunkier than my other hot sauces. It’s a blend of peppers – mostly milder ones like jalapeo and banana, but with a few fun hotter ones thrown in.
Oak City Hot Sauce Co. Reaper Madness: From Raleigh, NC. Devilishly delicious Carolina Reaper sauce- not for the faint-hearted, but definitely for the adventurer wanting more to their Reaper experience. Full bodied flavor, followed by a slow and intense burn.
Cackalacky Pepper Sauce: From Pittsboro, NC. An all-natural blend of fiery chile peppers and their Famously Original Secret Spices, Cackalacky Pepper Sauce is a nicely spicy complement to traditional cookout fare such as pork barbecue, fried chicken, slaw, and baked beans.
