Tapering along its spine from the hand-forged integral bolster to a paper thin, needle-like tip, the 53mm tall blade is dynamic and versatile, offering a slight touch of lateral flexibility in a profile and with geometry designed to do it all in any kitchen. Convex primary bevels are beautifully balanced for both finesse and toughness throughout the demands of daily meal prep with a phosphate finish gives the blade a protective coating and a dark, shadowy look that we love. Balancing just as bolster meets blade, this knife is nimble and comfortable in the hand, the sculpted handle with heirloom fit-up providing control and unbridled cutting pleasure.
